Our Standard
Innate Research LLC (“Innate Research,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) supplies sterile research compounds. Because our products are sterile research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or temperature-compromised items. We do, however, stand behind every batch that leaves our facility and will resolve any verifiable issue caused by us.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Products that arrive visibly damaged, broken, or with a compromised seal.
- Incorrect items shipped relative to your confirmed order.
- Cold-chain failures evident on arrival (e.g., melted coolant with thermolabile compounds).
- Orders confirmed lost in transit by the carrier.
Not Eligible
- Opened vials, ampoules, or any product with a broken tamper seal.
- Buyer's remorse or change of research direction.
- Refusal of delivery or address errors not corrected before dispatch.
- Damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
How to File a Claim
- Email support@innateresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected product.
- Our team will respond within one business day with a resolution path: replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Card processors and banks may require additional time before the credit appears on your statement.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to dispatch. Once a tracking number is generated, the order is considered in transit and is governed by the terms above.
