Shipping Policy

Overview

Innate Research LLC (“Innate Research,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the fulfillment, delivery, and dispute terms set forth below. By placing an order with Innate Research, the customer explicitly agrees to all terms outlined below. These terms constitute the official fulfillment, delivery, and dispute policy governing all transactions.

Order Processing & Shipment Transfer

  • Orders are processed and transferred to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery timelines are calculated in business days only.
  • Once the carrier scans the shipment, a tracking confirmation email is automatically issued.
  • Delays in tracking activation do not indicate shipment failure.
  • Carrier scan confirmation constitutes proof of shipment and merchant fulfillment.

Shipping Carriers & Responsibility Transfer

We ship via approved national carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Once a shipment is scanned and accepted by the carrier:

  • Liability transfers from Innate Research to the carrier
  • Innate Research has no control over delivery speed, routing, or final delivery outcome
  • Carrier records supersede customer statements regarding delivery status

Delivery Confirmation & Proof

  1. Carrier tracking data, scan records, and delivery confirmation are treated as primary evidence in any delivery-related dispute.
  2. For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required as proof of successful delivery.
  3. Waiving signature confirmation constitutes acceptance of delivery risk by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  1. A package is not considered lost until 20 calendar days after carrier pickup.
  2. Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery investigations.
  3. Insurance claims will not be initiated before the 20-day threshold.

Shipping Insurance Coverage

Shipping insurance is included on qualifying orders.

Coverage applies only to:

  • Loss in transit
  • Carrier-verified damage

Coverage does not extend to delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, unsecured delivery locations, or unauthorized receipt after confirmed carrier delivery.

Packages are reshipped only after insurance claim approval.

Damage Claims

To qualify for a damage claim, customers must provide:

  • Photos of damaged item
  • Photos of internal packaging
  • Photos of external packaging and shipping label

Failure to provide complete documentation may result in denial of claim.

Signature Requirement

  1. Orders exceeding $450 may require signature confirmation.
  2. Customers who request waiver of signature confirmation:
    • Accept full delivery liability
    • Forfeit eligibility for insurance claims
    • Waive the right to dispute delivery outcome

Missing Item Claims

Missing item claims must be reported within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

Claims are verified against:

  • Packing records
  • Shipment photography
  • Weight validation

Claims submitted after 3 days may be denied.

Product Condition Upon Arrival

Claims regarding product condition must be submitted immediately upon receipt with photo documentation.

Innate Research may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the item
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund

Product return may be required prior to resolution.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

All sales are final.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to contamination and tampering risk.

Refunds are issued only in cases of verified fulfillment error or validated quality failure.

Chargeback / Dispute Policy

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support constitutes a dispute initiated without prior contact with support.

Customers who initiate fraudulent, abusive, or materially inaccurate chargebacks may:

  • Be permanently banned from future purchases
  • Incur administrative dispute fees where legally permissible
  • Be reported to payment processors and fraud monitoring services

Innate Research reserves the right to submit:

  • Tracking confirmation
  • Carrier delivery records
  • Signature confirmation
  • Shipment photos
  • IP address, AVS, and transaction metadata

These materials may be used to fully contest chargebacks.

Fraud Prevention

Innate Research actively monitors and investigates fraudulent activity, abuse, and materially inaccurate claims, including:

  • Fraud
  • Chargeback abuse
  • False non-receipt claims

Order information may be shared with fraud prevention networks and relevant processing partners.

Third-Party Testing Policy

Accredited third-party lab results showing:

  • Purity below 97%
  • Concentration more than 10% below label claim

may qualify for review and potential reimbursement or refund.

Testing must be:

  • Performed by an accredited laboratory
  • Independently verifiable

Governing Agreement

This policy constitutes a binding agreement at checkout.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
